Secure Payment - Jollys uses PayPal and PaymentSense to take payment for your shopping. These are secure online payment services. Use your credit or debit card to make a payment through PayPal or PaymentSense. Jollys do not see any of the card details at any point and they do not reach our IT system.

Pricing - All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20%. 

Discounted Items - Discount and promotional offers are for limited time periods only. All offers are subject to change at our discretion without prior written notification.

Portrayal of Products - Measurements of products and packaging are detailed where possible and are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.

Product Safety - All Jollys products comply with appropriate UK safety and consumer regulations. Our toys comply with European Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Jollys will contact you in the event that any product is recalled, or post on our website details of a product recall.

Privacy - If you place an order, you will need to provide your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. Click to view our Privacy Policy

Security - We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This website has an SSL Certificate from GeoTrust and we comply with PCI DSS.

Controlling Your Personal Information - We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please call or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Cancelling Your Order - You are entitled by consumer law to cancel your sales contract with Jollys if you wish, providing you do so within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order before goods are despatched please email or call us as soon as possible to let us know - charlotte@jollystoys.co.uk or (01832) 358915. If your order has already been despatched or you have received it, please also give us a call to arrange return.

Returns - If you receive your order and it doesn't meet your expectations, please give us a call or email us to let us know as soon as possible. If you choose to return any part of an order you can return it to Jollys and we will exchange it for something different or refund your money.

Please return unwanted items within 28 days of receipt. Jollys will refund the money that you paid for the returned item. Return postage costs are not reimbursed unless the item you return is faulty. Call us on (01832) 358915 or email Charlotte@jollystoys.co.uk to arrange the return.

If your item is faulty or develops a fault during use, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to get a replacement for you, help you to choose something different or refund your money.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
