Quilling is a creative technique that consists of rolling thin strips of multi-coloured paper, releasing them into a template to shape them, then assembling them into an intricate work of art with a little glue.
This kit provides everything you need as a beginner, including a clear guide on each picture board to follow, colourful paper strips, glue and instructions. Complete two different floral pictures measuring approximately 18cm by 25cm.
